About this 3D model

A parametric car/motorcycle license plate key chain designed to be printed on single filament printers with color change. Add a filament change in your slicer and swap the filament mid print in order to achieve a two color print. Features Parametric - add your desired text No supports needed Multi color print for single filament printers Find the right car/motorcycle key every time Adding your text to the plate Option 1: Use the provided blender source files Open one of the files (car.blend or motorcycle.blend) Select the text you want to change Press “TAB” in order to enter edit mode Edit text Press “TAB” again to leave edit mode Export: “File > Export > Stl” Option 2: Add the text in your slicer Install the license plate font from the other files (license_plate_font.zip) Import one of the STLs (car_no_text.stl or motorcycle_no_text.stl) Add text as you want in your slicer Option 3: Use my print profiles (will use another font except you change it) Open the print profile Edit the texts Recommended print settings Layer Height: 0.12mm No supports needed For multi color: Change filament just before layer 15 Assembly Add some sort of attachment (I recommend this chain (affiliate link) as seen in the image)
