Additional Material You will need the following additional materials: 2x Neodymium Magnets ⌀8x3 mm, Any type of fabric suitable for embroidery. I used cross stitch fabric. Models, Materials and Settings The models case_top, case_bottom and fabric_cutting_template are printed in PLA using three perimeters. The inserts are printed in TPU. You can choose between case_insert_top_0.5 and case_insert_top_1.5 depending on whether you need 0.5 mm or 1.5 mm clearance for the cross stitch fabric. Assembly Use the fabric_cutting_template to draw the outline on your cloth, add embroidery to your own liking and cut accordingly, Align the case_top and case_bottom parts and use a strand of filament to complete the hinge on the backside, Superglue the neodymium magnets into the respective holes while paying attention to correct polarity, Put the prepared cloth into the case_top part, Carefully press the respective case_insert parts into the case_top and case_bottom parts.
