Print at 100% infill with a layer height of 0.08mm with a base layer of 0.16mm 200mm x 200mm. You can complete this print without an AMS. Use the profile that says NO AMS and it will pause at the correct height instead of doing a filament change. At that point you change your filament and let it continue until the next pause where it will wait for the next manual filament swap. This being a four color Hueforge, it will require three pauses with manual filament changes.
