About this 3D model

As I do not own dryer I hang the shirt on hanger on door frame as the air flows best there… You can see the diameter in the picture - but mine rod is 23,5mm (and has to be painted too). You can easily scale it to your needs. (Or you can put a curtain there or mosquito net) I use doubleside tape secuing it to the frame. Print material is PLA, no supports obviously, full speed… No need to increase infill or perimeters.
