This simple design is made for acrylic plates to display your designs on! Just use some 3mm LEDs and connect them to a battery and a switch. 80mm long and 3mm wide slit allows bright illumination of your design on the acryl glass. Perfect for home decor, galleries, exhibitions, and retail spaces! The LED openings should allow for a snug fit, but I still glued them in place with some hot glue. the battery holder can be screwed into the bottom part (or use some more hot glue). You will need to solder the positive end of the LEDs together and connect them to the positive end of the batteries. Solder the negative ends of the LEDs together as well. Connect a wire from the negative end of the batteries to the switch and then from the switch to the negative end of the LEDs. I know it's bad practice to drive LEDs without a current-limiting resistor, but I think it's fine in this case. Boost Me If you like the design consider boosting me (:
