It is customary to attribute the noise to the wind coming from the northern seas blowing into the gorges, whistling through the fjords as if it were a gigantic natural horn. But residents of nearby fishing villages know this is not the whole truth. Some unfortunates have already come across that strange creature. A fearsome, slow-paced monster with something resembling a tortoiseshell, bony spines all over its body and a strange anchor-shaped tail. When this fearsome monster emerges from the depths of the ocean, it lets out a desperate cry from its enormous maw, while, with its fearsome claws, it slaughters whatever is in front of it, without criterion or discernment. It is a blind monster that, when stepping out of its oceans, is guided only by its torment, destroying everything, roaring a lament that echoes through the Fjords of Verstehavetmor.
