Properly clean, post cure, and prime/paint/seal before using if printed in resin. The print must be thoroughly cleaned and rinsed in order to produce the scream sound. The inner chamber sometimes holds resin. I suggest soaking the print in Isopropyl Alcohol for a couple minutes, then flip the print upside down and carefully tap it to get the chamber to release the resin, then continue to rinse. If you're still having trouble, you may need to try different hand and lip positions to get the whistle to produce the sound.
