About this 3D model
Fully-openable under desk drawer Since there are obstacles under my desk and the drawer length is relatively short, common drawers cannot be fully opened and are inconvenient to use. I designed this drawer that can be fully opened. There are 2 trays with a total of 5 parts that need to be printed. Size:22.6x14x7.2cm If you need other sizes, you can contact me. Due to a support rod under my desk, the drawer can only be 14cm long, and ordinary drawers cannot be fully pulled out or will slide off, which is inconvenient to use. I designed this drawer that can be fully opened. Size:22.6x14x7.2cm If you need other sizes, you can contact me. Notes: 1、On the middle slide rail, there are two “Brim”, these “Brim” are cube with a height of one layer, and is very easy to tear off. I If you don’t need it, you can also split object in the software and delete them( or download file: mid.stl ). There are two small contact surfaces on the middle slide rail, to prevent warping, I added two brims, which are cubes with a height of one layer. If you don’t need them, you can use the “Split” menu to delete these two brims, or download mid.stl and print it. 2、The drawer box needs support, support type recommends using the manual method to add support surfaces instead of the auto method(this .3mf has already been setup), and strongly recommended to use specialized support filament as support interface. Both sides of the box need support. Manually draw the surfaces that need support, don't use auto (this .3mf has already been setup), and it is recommended to use specialized support filament as the support interface, which will be very easy to remove. 3、Once the drawer is assembled, install it under the table using double-sided tape(width:3cm) After installing the slide rails, stick double-sided tape on the two top surfaces, with a width of 3cm. Use this type of tape as shown in the picture. It is recommended to hold the box like in the picture when sticking it under the table, instead of holding the two slide rails, to prevent the slide rail gaps from being too small and affecting smooth operation.
