The other option is to hide the paper with the holder. You would rotate the holder to pull out more paper. Summary I don't buy tissues for my noise. I find it cheaper to use the good old toilet paper for blow my noise. My GF also uses toilet paper and asked me to make a dispenser for her. if you happen to use a MEGA or any size roll bigger than normal, i suggest you increase size to maybe 105% or 110%.
