I was sent a Neon Cloud Light and did not like how big the original mount was as well as not being glow so I decided to redesign it and make it much smaller and less noticeable. The Neon Cloud Light I bought from here but there are various other sellers with different colors of it as well. How to install: The parts are labeled top and bottom as the bottom is to help enclose the sign and the other top piece goes on the upper right corner to help retain shapesso it does not collapse. Once you press the sign into the mounts apply an adhesive to the back of the mounts. I used 3m hook adhesive cut down to size. Then remove the backing stickers and position to your liking.
