It also can help in air circulation as it stand completely free. The crystal is printed with eSun dual color red and blue. The crystals mount onto the base with 2 or 4 screws, depending on how secure you want it and how heavy your device is. I use it with my Lenovo X1 Carbon (quite thin), with 4 screws it holds devices up to around 27mm. Using just 2 screws it up to crazy 42 mm, dont know what it could be for but better having it than needing it :) Necessary Hardware: 2 or 4 M3 Screws 10mm long 2 or 4 M3 inserts. Mine are 4 mm high, 5 mm in maximum diameter. Size of wholes is 4.4mm, maximum height is 8mm. You can add something soft to the inside if you like. im thinking about even make a printable TPU inside. If you need anything smaller / taller just let me know.
