Overwiew A filament storage System I designed to have easy access and a great overview of my filament, while having it neatly stored in my existing PAX. Stores about 33 Spools, depending on their size. Materials Uses 6 KOMPLEMENT Clothes rails, optionally only 2 or 4 can be used, but fewer filament can be stored. If you want to save rails, you can decide to only use 1 per row, using the next row/backplate as support, but I prefer using 2 (also increases stability a bit). Your Size, Color and Country may vary, so its best to find them yourself, but here are the ones I used: https://www.ikea.com/at/de/p/komplement-kleiderstange-dunkelgrau-80256940/#content It is designed for deep (58cm) PAX. the with does not matter as long as you have fitting rails. I use the 100cm version. I never filled all screw holes with screws, I think that would be overkill, but of course you can. Print Settings The 2 Big Parts (Left & Right) are split into 2x4 heatbed-size parts. The small parts can be glued together, but usually the fit together nicely, so it's not necessary. I used PLA and a 0.35mm Layer Hight, but it is not really critical. You can also reduce infill to reduce the amount of filament and printing time. Updates 21.01.2024 - fixed issue with screw holes.
