About this 3D model

I created this exhaust hose adapter for Bambu Lab P1S to reduce bad smells while printing with ASA and ABS filaments in small rooms. The adapter has slots to add a hermetic seal and improve the overall performance. The assembly is easy, use the 4x M3 holes beside the exhaust output grid in the rear panel. You must remove the existing screw on the left, and use 3 additional screws (top, bottom, right) to fix it. I recommend using a PVC flexible exhaust tube for 3" (8 cm) tubes fixed with a metal clamp. Note: THIS MODEL IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH Bambu Lab AMS HUB . Please use the new version of the Exhaust Hose Adapter if you installed the AMS Hub on your printer to use multiple AMS or the AMS HT. My original 3D model is publicly available on OnShape . You can modify it to adapt to your requirements. I designed also a straight version if 90° is not good for you. Settings: Filament : PETG Layer height : 0.2 mm or adaptive layer to obtain a smoother surface Infill : Gyroid 15% Supports : Tree supports on the build plate only for a better surface
