Using this in a project and it needs a case, so here it is with a few variants including a screw mount, magnetic mount and a basic case. If you plan to use this with ESPHome, the following is a working config example, note your pin will likely be different: sensor: - platform: dht pin: GPIO7 temperature: name: “Workshop Temperature” humidity: name: “Woroshop Humidity” update_interval: 30s Required For Assembly 5x M2x6 screws 3x M2 washers 5x M2 CNC Kitchen/Ruthex or similar sized inserts Grove - Temperature & Humidity Sensor Pro (DHT22/AM2302) Soldering iron The magnetic case variant requires 2x 8x2mm disc magnets. The screw mount version has a 5mm hole in the case for a screw. Assembly Install 5x M2 inserts into the holes as pictured. If you are using the magnetic base, put a small dab of blue in the holes and poke in the magnets now. If you are using the screw mount version, screw it into its final destination now. Use a washer. Insert the PCB and secure it with two M2x6 screws. Do not use washers here and be careful to not screw in the screws too tightly. Attach the lid and secure it with three M2x6 screws and washers. Congratulations, you are done!
