About this 3D model

This is currently untested with the canvas system! Update: Added new riser files if you've already printed, and I also stretched the original file to 240mm tall if you want to reprint it all for greater height Update: Added new files for pillars with a wider base. I had some issues printing, but could also be fixed by using a brim. The new files will ensure a bit more stability whilst printing! So, everything works in 3d, based on the dimensions Elegoo has listed online for their Canvas system. I have created (and I am literally printing these files as I type this) a 180mm tall riser system with modular sides and magnetic vent covers, which also utilize the stock glass lid. Even if you're not using the Canvas system, this is perfect for those of you who, like me, have modified the USB cable and PTFE tube to run vertically. There are 4 pillars, each have clips for LED ribbon, and the back pillars have slots to run the LED wiring through the back. The left side panel can be printed twice if you're not using Canvas, or you can print 1 left side and 1 right side with cutout for Canvas (also has 4 threaded ports for PTFE tube push-connectors...if anything in the files doesn't line up, I will modify and update as I can) The vent covers are printed 3 (or 4) times, depending on your layout. The magnets are 10mm x 2mm, you can get them in bulk on amazon for under $25 a pack. Make sure you align the polarity all the same! Otherwise your vent covers will not be happy :) You will need 24 pins, and it would be best to print all your walls first, then print 1 pin and test the fitment. Scale it as needed. The goal is to have a tight fit so it doesn't fall apart, but you could always change the sides if you decide to go with Canvas. You can also superglue it all together, your call! If you go with Canvas, I have allowed a bit of space to add weatherstripping if you feel it's necessary. If I have missed anything, feel free to comment! I will update files as I test and actually receive the Canvas system. Total filament usage for panels and pillars is under 1kg, plus a bit for vent covers, if you do those in a different colour! I will work on shaving some weight to bring the total under 1kg Thanks for your support!
