About this 3D model

I split and joined the best parts of two models to fit my use case. With credit to the original designers, features of this remix are: Compatible with the excellent Parametric Umbilical Gland (PUG): https://www.printables.com/model/378567-pug-parametric-umbilical-gland-for-cw2 Short, downward sloping arm design minimizes protrusion of the umbilical wires above the toolhead and causes less collision with top of enclosure. Multiple points of strain relief (via compression of the gland or via zip tie in the elbow of the mounting arm) Intended to be attached to the back of the Clockwork 2 extruder on a Voron Trident. Wire path works well for the MellowFly SB2040 CAN toolhead board. Printed Parts Arm + clamp (step file contains both) printed in ABS There are two versions of the clamp piece. Only one is needed. The “extended” version can help to prevent wires extending out past the back of the X-rail. Parts are oriented for printing with no supports needed 40% infill, 4 perimeters, 5 top/bottom layers Hardware BOM 1x M3x20 SHCS and 1x M3x8 SHCS for mounting the arm to the CW2 body 2x M3x10 SHCS for the clamp (M3x8 also work but are trickier to get started) 3x M3x5x4 heatset inserts (standard Voron size) Revision History 2024.02.18: added extended clamp piece (see photos) 2024.02.01: published v1
