About this 3D model

I designed this Valentine Mailbox for my daughter to take to school to pass around valentines with her classmates. The main model provided has a blank lid. I have included the “Riley” lid also in case that happens to be your child's name. The entire design can be 3D printed. I used a #4-40 x 1-¼ in round head machine screw for the hinge pin for extra strength. I also designed the printable T-bolt to work as a hinge pin as well. If you use a machine screw, you will likely need to install it with a screwdriver. The T-bolt should just push in. It measures 5.5" tall, 5.5" wide, and 7.25" deep. EDIT 2/13/24: Added Valentine_Box_Body_Mini that is only 165mm tall to print safely on an A1 Mini or Prusa Mini+ EDIT 8/2/24: Added Valentine_Box_Lid_Plain that does not have a heart cutout
