About this 3D model

This shelf has been specifically designed to be compatible with the IKEA Skadis pegboard. The shelf requires assembly. The insert with the hooks has the same dimensions as the cutout, so it fits snugly and is held in place reliably. If you want to play it safe, you can add some glue.
