It's an awesome chiefs Lightbox. It doesn't need any supports. There should be a sawtooth in the backplate. Both the backplate and the front plate should snap pretty snugly together. No supports needed. This has been strictly tested using the textured pei plate. Notes: I would definitely use Aluminum/HVAC tape on the backplate as it illuminates a lot better. Highly recommend using glue once the lights are installed. Enjoy! I would still use electrical tape to eliminate it all. Added another backplate with a sawtooth option.
