About this 3D model

The pattern for this particular base set actually comes comes from an unusual source. I was inspired by a photo from the set of the Shining, this is the carpet pattern! But I thought it made a really uniuqe looking base design pattern, with a bit of a tech/sci fi vibe to it as well.
