About this 3D model

I tend to grow a lot of garlic as companion plants for the garden and learned that you could sprout an entire bulb instead of doing the cloves individually. I made this model to do just that, the garlic bulb root sits over the hole so that it's easier to only have that watered. I also didn't like the idea of cutting up any more to-go olive cups since the plastic of those likes to break and shatter on the very bottom. This is my first model, so if anyone has any advice on how to improve it, please let me know.
