You have to wear it in. Just screw a bit, then unscrew. Keep doing this until it is easier to remove. //////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// this below is from the original creator You will also need: 1 x 3.2mm x 25mm Split Pin (cut the longest leg of the pin to the same length as the other with a dremel/rotary tool, and round off the ends with a grinding wheel) 1 x 25mm Ring Pull (you can get from an old key-ring) 1 x M3 Washer (goes between the button and the spring inside the fuse assembly to prevent binding) 2 x 6mm compression springs, 15mm in length, 0.4 - 0.6mm wire diameter. One spring goes inside the fuse housing for the button, the other goes in the recess on top of the fuse housing.
