Elite ‘Cartoon’ Combat Technicians Male, Pose 1 A masked soldier/technician miniature for 28mm games. Pre-supported and unsupported files included. Also includes a simple printable figure base. These upper-tier soldiers serve as battlefield technicians in whatever paramilitary force they belong to. Their specialized masks provide filtered air, enhanced vision and hearing, and protection from flash-bang surprise attacks. They are armed with some kind of experimental plasma weapon, and have an array of large powered tools/weapons carried in a custom backpack. Dark-Platypus Studio specializes in making models for role-playing game enthusiasts. Our models are designed to be printed in 28mm scale, the perfect size for Dungeons & Dragons, Pathfinder, or other games that are often played on a 1” grid. They are also designed to stand up to actual tabletop use: no ridiculous spindly bits that look awesome but are going to break the first time someone sneezes. Paint-ability and ease of assembly are also important concerns to our design aesthetic. I sculpted these Elite Guardsmen for use in my own home RPG campaign. I’m providing them here free of charge to my fellow gaming enthusiasts! All Dark-Platypus Studios models are sculpted by sculptor Andrew K. Barlow (me), and no AI is ever involved. All models have been checked for errors and test-printed.
