Wanted a Millenium Falcon kit card that had great detail. Variable layer height is enabled for the main pieces. You can vary that to trade more print time for less layer lines. Five rectangle posts are be used to hold it together. If your print bed is not very flat there could be a small gap between the two halves. You can also hide the frame to print it with just the needed parts.
