Fossils of this dinosaur have been discovered in Wyoming, Montana, and South Dakota in the United States. Pachycephalosaurus wyomingensis was a large herbivorous dinosaur, measuring up to 20 feet long and weighing around 2 tons. It is best known for its distinctive thickened dome-shaped skull, which could reach up to 10 inches in thickness.
