AMS may experience filament jams when there is not much filament left in the spool. After analyzing the issue, it was discovered that the spool is too light, resulting in insufficient friction. Many other solutions were tried but failed. Finally, I decided to design a cylindrical weight and insert it into the center of the spool. Unexpectedly, it worked well. Sharing it with everyone. A 40mm diameter circular label can be placed on the bottom cover. You can design your own or find one in another of my shares.
