About this 3D model

This is the 3D print file for a solar filter that fits a 100mm Outside Diameter (O.D.) telescope. An additional 2mm is added to accommodate the felt tape that is placed on the inside of the solar film cap, so the actual Inside Diameter will be 102mm. Make sure you measure the widest part of the telescope! Some have a ring at the front that is slightly larger than the tube. This model was designed for the Askar FRA-400, but will fit other telescopes with the same O.D.
