The Construction Cone Stress Ball Printing Tips : If you are not using the provided profiles, add a small 5mm diameter cylinder modifier with no bottoms at the bottom of the cone Print in TPU, Duramic 3D 95A will work great Option 1 : 0,4mm nozzle profile is squishy but stiff Option 2 : 0,6mm nozzle profile will give a squishier feel Generic TPU filament profile worked great for me Printing Settings : For a 0,4mm nozzle : 0,20mm layers, 6 tops, 3 bottoms, 2 walls, 5% gyroid infill For a 0,6mm nozzle : 0,24mm layers, 4 tops. 3 bottoms, 1 wall, 4% gyroid infill Disclaimer : AMS and AMS Lite are not meant to feed TPU to the printer, use the external spool option The hole at the bottom of the print is meant to be there, it helps air escape and enhances the squishiness The squishiness of the stress ball will vary with TPU hardness, brand and color, you can play around with the infill % to change the feel
