About this 3D model
After several years of use the tires on the luggage rollers tend to break despite the rest still being in perfect condition. This is a replacement tire. Since I currently don't have TPU available I printed this in PETG although TPU likely would be much better for that purpose. To make the PETG print also a bit “soft” I printed with 3 perimeters, no infill, and no solid bottom or top layers. Despite the open bottom and top the model still results in a closed print since the 3 perimeters are enough to fully cover everything. The remaining parameters are 0.4mm nozzle, 0.2mm layers with otherwise PrusaSlicer standard options Note that the print is a very tight fit since you don't want the tire to fall off when used. This might require pliers to carefully install them though. This fits the Bugatti Galatea Luggage I bought several years ago and might also fit other wheels with a tire diameter of 55mm, an outer rim diameter of 49mm, an inner rim diameter of at least 47mm, and a tire width of 11.8mm. For all other sizes, the OpenSCAD file is included such that you can adapt it.
