About this 3D model

Some very basic display shelves for Benchys or other smaller prints. I made it for a specific use case, described below, so this may not be very useful to everyone else. I personally print 75% scale versions of Makerbot's Niko the Puppy for my filament samples. This was an included gcode file on my first Ender printer, and have continued using this with a Bambu printer. Here's the model that I use: Makerbot Niko Puppy at 75% Scale The original Makerbot Niko included a whole kit, but I only print the dog, and at a smaller scale. These shelves are meant for 75% scale versions! Full size won't fit. (Like I mentioned, this is a really specific use case) The shelves can each hold 5 Nikos (@75%) or 5-6 Benchys, depending on orientation. They are strong enough to load up with these test models, but probably wouldn't support anything heavier. I added a few versions. The photos show the differences and have dimensions listed. Open Back With and without screw holes for wall mounting Solid Back With and without screw holes for wall mounting “Half Kallax” This is an open back shelf whose width is slightly less than half the width of an Ikea Kallax cube. So 2 can sit side-by-side inside a Kallax cube. This should print on its back, with the shelves pointing up - no supports needed. I know that each shelf could be stronger if the whole thing were printed on the side, but this isn't meant to hold much weight, and other orientations would require supports or lots of bridging. All versions can be printed using the default 0.24mm Draft profile, but with 3 wall loops .
