About this 3D model

Since I was asked for a variant of my “ Dock for the SanDisk Extreme SSD with case ”, I have now made this model. This model can now be used without the SanDisk Extreme SSD Enclosure with AirTag compartment . With this dock, you have a nice setup for your desk where you can easily connect and disconnect your SanDisk Extreme SSD. I have added some holes for two M4 threaded heat inserts. With these inserts, you can screw the dock onto your desk if you prefer a more secure fit. Alternatively, you can also use double-sided tape. You will be fine as well if you don't use either of these, for a more mobile solution. For this dock, you will need: 2x M3 thread heat inserts 2x M3x7 screws 1x 90-degree USB-C Adapter, this one to be accurate: https://amzn.to/3HntQcZ (Affiliate Link to support my work) optional: 2x M4 thread heat inserts The assembly is pretty straightforward. Install the heat inserts and then the 90-degree USB-C Adapter. Now, simply put on the bottom part, and you are finished. Happy printing :)
