the well-known torture taoster from clockspring with a double dovetail test. The dovetail test has a tolerance of 0.1mm . Dovetail should be able to be pressed into the desired position with firm pressure. The 0.2mm height standard settings were used for slicing. Cold plate with glue works perfect for me. IMPORTANT: The print does not have to be perfect or beautiful. It is there to show what your printer can do and where improvements may need to be made (print adhesion / cooling / material ... etc.)
