About this 3D model

Statue from the Cinquantenaire Arcade, a memorial monument located in the Parc du Cinquantenaire, Brussels, Belgium and coonstructed in 1905. Sculptor: Jef Lambeaux. The English Wikipedia page states that this statue symbolizes West Flanders, but the French version and various websites state that it depicts East Flanders.
