Updated Jul 22, 2025 - I've worked a away on this a fair bit to add a textured exterior. I've skipped v2 and cobbled together a v3 which is attached here now. New crenellations / battlements, a taller dice wall and stair adjusted to stop dice from jumping over to the dice jail. I've also added a 25mm hole to the bottom which can fit a minifigure or small led light, w/e that you want. I was having fun with Geometry Nodes and got a little carried away ending up with this. The stairs have 1.5 rotations and about 128 steps. The top is open (although I left a notch on top which could support a cover attachment of some kind. There is a wall nook inside the door that curves helping the dice not get stuck - this nook works as a mini dice jail / storage compartment. The stairs work both ways so these "stored" dice can pop right out if you flip the tower over. Additionally this nook is spacious enough that a small light could be put in to light up the tower. For printing you don't need any supports. I printed at 0.2mm with a standard 0.4mm nozzle. Maybe due to the number of steps Dice roll through it very fast but the curve at the door slows them down pretty well (although occasionally one may try to run). In the event a die jumps the curved wall then it has self-selected to go into dice jail and you should re-roll with a different die.
