About this 3D model

This little guy is a bit too proper for some people's liking, but like the Tortle Scribe himself, he always has a good tale to recount from his records. This was made to be played as a character within a One Piece themed Dungeons and Dragon game, and as such follows a similar art style to that series, however it should fit nicely into any anime/cartoon styled TTRPG. STL file unsupported and supported available. Scaled with 32mm miniatures in mind. He is regarded as a small creature so the minature reflexts this, though not he is not as small as a Tontatta from the show is as that would be too small to provid any detail.
