If you need a Bolter in a pinch this will get you there. Just pick up a Nerf Elite 2.0 Phoenix blaster, slide this over the sock barrel (it should fit snug), paint black and drybrush in necron compound. Throw a purity seal on there too if you've got one and you'll be ready to begin purging those heretics. Actually, maybe don't paint it - that might be illegal depending where you are! Obviously this nerf blaster only loosely resembles an actual bolter, but hey sometimes close enough is good enough. Also I recommend not gluing it on if you intend to be able to change the batteries, it blocks the door.
