Print the toilet with layer 0.24 infill 10/15% The rest of the components in high quality with layer 0.16/0.20 infill 15/20% for better smoothness. Be careful if your first layer is too rough, it could limit the smoothness of the gears, in which case you can use a small file to fix the burrs.
