I did this thing to take advantage of the back USB ports on my computer that were unused because they weren't easily accessible. I purchased the ugreen extender cables, but the cables fell off every time I finished using them and dropped whatever I was using on these extenders. Then I had the idea of making something "similar" to a USB hub and sticking it with double-sided tape on top of the computer, leaving the USB ports facing the front of the computer.You need 4 M3x20mm allen cylindrical head screws with nuts.
