Entirely Optional Lore Entry (in lieu of PDF): Stone Portal Dreadnought The first vessel of the Stone Portal fleet encountered, and the largest pure combat vessel, the Dreadnought is slow and cumbersome. It lacks much in the way of anti-fighter protection, and relies on escort vessels to defend it. However, this means it mounts a prestigious amount of weaponry, armour and shields. The bulk of the firepower comes from a huge complement of Phasic Lances, which can deal out a phenomenal amount of damage. They are supplemented by the almost superfluous ventral torpedo turret.
