You can use glue, or small piece of fiber to fix the Gearbox to the Reel. Don't use glue on the Holder! The Reel has an opening for fibre. The whole winch is easy to assemble/dissasemble to the Jeep, as it has already the mount for the holder. Fits both, front and rear. Turning the gearbox winds the rope to the spool. Not tested on Land Rover yet. Please post how does it fits on it. Enjoy the winching!
