Drill the hole in the hilt where the blade connects. Needs a 6.8 mm dowel/rod to connect all parts. Needs 2 5mm small dowel to connect the two blade parts together. I used epoxy to glue everything together. I had begun painting it, but changed my Halloween costume and never got around to finishing it.
