Built in greater numbers than any other class of Battleship, the Imperious class Third Rates form the backbone of Al-Byon’s wall-of-battle.Al-Byon’s foundries are able to cast the largest rifled muzzle-loading guns in the world, and the Imperious carries four of them: Huge 80 tonne monsters in two mid-mount 500 tonne turrets. These giants dwarf the 16 tonners mounted as pairs in four secondary turrets, and the 16 tertiary 12 tonners in casemates. The Imperious’s Bombs, three rocket tubes and 24 machine cannons seem almost an afterthought compared to its staggering broadside.This is a 15-part model of a flying, steampunk-style battleship for Skyships.The assembled model is hollow to reduce weight and make it safe to mount on a 3mm dia. flightpeg. They pass through the main turrets to provide an axle for the turrets to rotate upon.
