STEP files available in “Download STL/CAD Files”! I tried many other Ikea Trofast bin tray supports but none met my needs. These supports are full length, 30cm each, which enables putting two containers back to back with 3 sets of racks. I also created a two-sided support that enables having side-by-side tracks. I also included short versions if you don't want the full length ones. They also act as end stop. 2025-02-08 v2 : enlarged the screw hole a bit to make it easier to use a short screw bit. Filament They are easy and fast to print, and are cheap on filament. They are very solid with PLA Basic. If you plan to put significant weight (over 2Kg) in the tray, PLA will eventually break due to pressure creep; use PETG or ABS then. Requires A desk Two small wood screws per support Ikea Trofast storage boxes: ikea.com/us/en/search/?q=trofast%20box including the metal mesh ones. Installation Make sure to leave a little bit of wiggle (about 0.5cm / 3/16") so there isn't too much friction. Using masking tape may help. Reviews are appreciated!
