I wanted to assemble furniture using dowels but I couldn't find any model that was accurate and sturdy enough to withstand the heat from drilling. This jig is designed to assemble 18mm panels with 8mm dowels. Making 1x jig 2x spacers 4x 608zz bearings In each hole, press fit a 608zz bearing, followed by a spacer, and then another 608zz bearing.
