About this 3D model

These are my multipurpose containers with a hinged lid! Very easy print, no support needed! The model consists of: 2 parts, container and lid Tools needed: screwdriver Additional parts needed: Screws M3x16, 2pcs. per Container Assembly instructions: Place the lid on the container and screw the screw into the holes provided. The holes in the lid are slightly smaller than the screw. The screws cut their own threads into the plastic as they are screwed in. The holes in the container are through holes. This ensures that the screw does not come loose when the lid is opened and closed. It is not necessary to secure the screw with a nut! Recommended filament: PLA, colorize the container and the lid as you wish and play with the colors! Hotend: 0,40mm Print time: 100x100 no compartments 2.3h 100x100 2 compartments 2.6h 100x60 no compartments 1.8h 100x60 2 compartments 2h 50x50 no compartments 1.5h assembly time: 1 minute per container Print instructions: layer height 0,20mm 2 wall loops top/bottom shells 4 layers top/bottom shell thickness 0,80mm sparse infill 10% sparse infill pattern “gyroid” Before printing: Make sure your build plate is clean and apply some adhesive. Wash the build plate with oil free soap and wipe it off with some paper towels. For a good build plate adhesion, apply a thin, even coat of your preferred adhesive. I repeat the process every 5-6 prints. Bad build plate adhesion is not related to the model.
