About this 3D model
I wanted to use the AMS Lite holder on my P1S for external spools as I couldn't find a perfect solution in other designs. The filament spool would either bind or slip, it just wouldn't spin with ease. This design utilises Bambu's AMS Lite existing holder and provides good grip on the filament spool. It can work with a variety of spools as you can print already created adapters by other creators. Dont need any glue for the Skadis hooks, they are designed to be super tight and stay in place. If your tolerances are off, you might need to file the hooks a little. Printed mine in PLA with 4 walls and 3 top and bottom layers. 15% gyroid infill. Suggest printing with variable layer height or quite low overall. There is a small narrowing inside the tube to hold the AMS Lite holder in place which needs low layer height. This is heavily inspired by a number of designs: https://makerworld.com/en/models/169803#profileId-186458 https://www.printables.com/model/323748-skadis-universal-hook https://www.printables.com/model/304196-gps-skadis-hook-ng-step You can buy single green AMS Lite here https://store.bambulab.com/collections/spare-parts-for-ams-lite/products/ams-lite-rotary-spool-holder
