Phone monitor mount meant for use with Apple's continuity camera feature, however it will work with other phones as well. This was designed for the classic 24 inch Dell monitor every workplace seems to have, but it also fits other monitors. Mount is designed to hang over the front and if you're using the Dell monitor with the horizontal line across the back, it can snap into that space.
