About this 3D model

This is identical to this object by JFruits http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:185643 except I pulled it into OpenSCAD and increased the size of the hole for the dial gauge to 11mm. The original object, after printing, had a hole that measured 8.75mm. Both my analogue and digital dial gauges require a hole that is just a smidgeon above 9.50mm so the original would not work without modification. I decided to increase the size to 11mm so it could fit a larger possible range of gauges. There are three files attached. The file DialIndicatorHolderforRoboRevisedIV_fixed_25.4scaled.stl is identical to JFruit's original design except it has been scaled up for you. (The original design required a scaling factor of 25.4) The file DialIndicatorHolderforRoboRevisedIV-11mm.stl is the same file but with the 11mm gauge hole. The file DialIndicatorHolderforRoboRevisedIV_fixed_25.4scaled-10mm_hole.scad is the openSCAD file that loads the original design, moves it to a specific location and removes a 11mm hole. If you want to customize this, you will need openSCAD and the file DialIndicatorHolderforRoboRevisedIV_fixed_25.4scaled.stl. You will then need to change the import line to the path where you placed this file and modify the cylinder functions r=5.5 to whatever you want your diameter divided by 2 (D/2).
