About this 3D model

I have the same problem with my Sony 67mm and 72mm lens caps. The support frame on the inside breaks, making it impossible to use properly. I suspect this is a common problem with Sony lens caps. Has anyone encountered a similar situation? The area shown below: I tried using adhesive, but it didn't work well, and it broke again after a while. After buying the A1 printer, I started thinking about how to use the structure of the cap itself to bring it back to life. After many design and printing attempts, I finally designed this version. Instructions: Cut off all the original support frames at the red line in the picture above using diagonal pliers. Then print the model I provided, and use the middle connecting parts to clip it in the middle of the lens cap. This will make it less likely to fall off. Printing Requirements: You can slice using the default software parameters. If you need to increase the toughness, you can increase the infill density and patterns yourself.
