The Combat of the Thirty, which took place on March 26, 1351 during the War of the Breton Succession, was a chivalric clash between thirty Breton and French knights, led by Jean de Beaumanoir, and thirty English and Breton knights who supported Robert Bramborough. This symbolic duel, organized between the towns of Josselin and Ploërmel, aimed to defend the honor and valor of each side rather than to gain a strategic advantage. This confrontation, conducted according to the rules of chivalry, exalted the values ​​of bravery, honor, and feudal loyalty, leaving a lasting mark on the medieval imagination. The set includes all the blazoned shields (known) of the participating knights and the banners of the towns and the standards of both sides. This set includes 49 shields emblazoned with the colors of knights and squires known from the battle of the thirty. There is also the standard of "St. George" for the Anglo-Breton side and the "Kroaz Du" for the Franco-Breton side. The banners of the towns of Ploermel and Josselin are included. The set also includes 2 neutral shields and 12 pavises with generic ornaments. This pack contains a set of STL files which requires a 3D printer (resin printer recommended).
